Encore Home Improvement, former Wyspa Construction , was established in 1998 in Hamptons, New York by Jacek Watrobski.  Jacek was born in Poland and his construction experience are based on skills that were earned in Germany and Poland.  For last 30 years Encore Home Improvement (Wyspa Construction) has been part of the variety of the projects in the area of Long Island, New York but mainly in Hamptons.

In Spring of 2013 Jacek Watrobski moved  to Orange County, California and since then his services have been available to all of the Southern California residents.
